The season-to-season varying menu is creative with novel adaptations from native Jamaican cuisine. The winners undoubtedly are Jamaican chowder with crabmeat, shrimp, conch, and lobster, sizzling grilled whole red snapper coated with herbs and served with a thyme-and-caper sauce, and grilled smoked pork loin in a teriyaki or ginger sauce, served with caramelized apples. Norma's on the Terrace serves Jamaican cuisine. It is open for lunch & dinner.

Set up below the wide porticos of the gallery surrounding the famous Devon House, Norma�s on the Terrace is a classy spot to eat a leisurely meal. The old, worn-out gardens have been spruced up into posh and clean cut English-like lands.
