From a plantation-estate past to a party-filled present, Jamaica's attractions run the gamut. Those in search of a sedate stay can enjoy nature, beaches, and history, while those looking for lively activites can meet lady luck as well.

Travelers can get lost in history on old sugar plantations and ancient forests or live on the edge by risking some change at a Jamaican casino. Learn about the mysterious White Witch of Rose Hall or the spot where the James Bond novels were written. For those with more musical inclinations, stop in at any of several spots dedicated to Bob Marley.

Nature has plenty to offer up as well. Pristine beaches are a great place to start. Jamaica is home to so many incredible beaches that travelers can choose nearly any area of the island to stay in if they'd like to spend a lazy day at the beach. However, Doctor's Cave Beach and the Seven Mile Beach are two of the island's best known stretches.

The Martha Brae River is another example of the beatiful and incredible natural wonders you'll see throughout the island. Casinos offer gambling, and there are plenty of those, especially in the most popular areas of the island. You'll find these located in hotels in all of the largest cities, from Montego Bay to Kingston, though slots are the dominant style of play.
