A modern day mountainside retreat, Strawberry Hill has Georgian-style cottages based on 19th century buildings. Each room is decorated with mahogany furniture handcrafted on the premises.

Strawberry Hill ranks in the top 40 spas worldwide. Porches overlook stunning vistas, and hammocks swinging in the wind add to this relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Accommodations

The Strawberry Hill is a very small property featuring just 14 rooms. Because it is a cozy little hotel, it appeals to guests who enjoy a calm, quaint atmosphere. With respect to overall quality, we've awarded this hotel a rating of 3.5 stars. Their high standards, however, make them a relatively expensive place to stay.

Studio

There are four studio suites on property, named Gong, Tree, Cedar, and 59 Steps. They measure in at 480 square feet, have a kitchenette, and offer views of Kingston from their perch on the mountaintop.

Deluxe Rooms

The five Deluxe Rooms, Timbuktu 1 through 4 and Mountain View 1 are 400 square feet bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies.

Deluxe Villas

There are three Deluxe Villas on property. Birdshell is the smallest at 1500 square feet, and features a private terrace, a four-poster bed in the bedroom, walk-in closets and a spa gazebo. Highgate is next, spanning 3000 square feet across two stories. This villa has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a kitchen, a third bathroom, and hammocks on the patio. Finally, Mountainview 2 is a two-story, two bedroom property, with 3200 square feet. This villa also has an option to rent a third bedroom, which is located off an adjoining walkway.
