Rockhouse Restaurant
The Rockhouse Restaurant, considered Negril's finest dining spot, is usually busy with a mix of locals and guests. The restaurant features an airy thatched-roof bar and a balcony suspended over Pristine Cove. Its new Jamaican cuisine is a lighter, more modern interpretation of classic Jamaican fare. To give guests the full epicurean experience a la Jamaica, the substantial menu is supplemented by rotating specials. An international wine list and tropical cocktails complement meals at the Rockhouse Restaurant. Don't forget Jamaica's famous Blue Mountain coffee for dessert!
Pushcart
Pushcart, with its open kitchen design and extensive rum bar, provides a relaxed and entertaining dining experience. Pushcart gets its cuisine inspiration from Caribbean street vendors, serving peppered shrimp and homemade jerk sausage. The menu also includes traditional Jamaican favorites like curried goat, oxtail, and an delicious array of local desserts. It is located right next door to the hotel at Pirates Cave, which has a rich cinematic history after being featured in "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" (1950) and Steve McQueen's "Papillon" (1970).
Pushcart guests also enjoy an open kitchen design and an amazing rum bar with nightly live entertainment and the requisite Caribbean sunset views.
Pool Grill
Just a short walk through lush gardens will take you to Rockhouse's Pool Bar & Grill. The creative architecture allows the entrance to blend in with the natural rock face Guests can sample tasty meals off of the Pool Grill Menu while lounging poolside. Open for lunch from noon to 4pm daily and for drinks from 11am to sunset, the menu includes jerk chicken, a grilled snapper sandwich, and the Rockhouse burger with the Pool Grill's signature Jerk Mayonnaise.
The Rockhouse has one restaurant of its own, providing a convenient way for guests to enjoy a nice meal.
