Dining at the Jamaica Pegasus

Jamaican food is famous for its jerk spice rub, but many dishes also include influences from the several cultures that have mixed over the island's history. Breakfast is served daily in the Country Kitchen, which features continental options as well as Jamaican favorites. Lunch if a la carte at 24 Seven Cafe, and dinner is a buffet, while there is also Friday Afternoon Tea and Sunday Brunch here.

For a casual meal, head to the poolside Grill, and a more formal setting can be found at Columbus Restaurant which is only open for dinner and requires reservations. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.

The resort has a snack bar too, so busy guests can recharge with quick snacks. There are 2 bars on the property too, each offering a good spot to unwind and try new cocktails.

And, with the option to order room service, guests can plan for a relaxing breakfast in bed, or a peaceful dinner in their rooms.

If you can't leave Jamaica without having an authentic, local meal, you may have to take a taxi to have a wider selection of dining choices.
