Activities and Recreation at Great Huts

Having a variety of recreational activities to choose from is not a prerequisite for a fulfilling experience in Jamaica. In fact, many people visit to escape busy agendas. So while the Great Huts does not offer the most exciting selection of recreational amenities, it might suit you just fine.

Water and Fitness

Even though this hotel does not have a swimming pool as one of its amenities, this is rarely a problem for their patrons. Many travelers spend their time visiting some of Jamaica's beautiful beaches instead. The closest beach to the Great Huts, Boston Bay, is about a quarter mile away.

Tennis

There aren't any tennis courts at this hotel, so tennis fanatics will have to leave their racquets behind or choose a hotel elsewhere.

Don't worry, though. There are nearby properties that do have tennis, like the Goblin Hill Villas at San San.

Watersports

Unlike at some hotels, you won't find a selection of watersports here, but with beaches all around, you won't have trouble finding vendors with plenty of watersports supplies.

Following a busy afternoon in Jamaica, it feels good to relax to the sounds of a live performance; it's a fun and convenient experience, because the Great Huts offers on-site entertainment. Typically, live entertainment is offered 3 to 4 days per week. Please keep in mind, the schedule may vary.
